VStyle Terms of Service

Welcome to VStyle! These Terms of Service ("these Terms") apply to your access to and use of the VStyle mobile application, our website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service provides creative features including image-to-image generation, image-to-video creation, custom text-and-visual video production, and AI-powered filters through artificial intelligence technology.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the provisions of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Accounts and Access

You may use the Service’s features without registering an account (access as a guest). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If we discover that a user is under the legal age, we will terminate their account and delete the relevant data.

2. Acceptable Use and Your Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service within the scope permitted by law and with respect for others.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of third parties;
• Upload, generate, or share content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, pornographic, or that infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Attempt to damage, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks;
• Use the Service for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

AI-Generated Content

Our AI features are powerful creative tools. You are solely responsible for all content you generate, input, or share using VStyle, including ensuring compliance with these Terms and non-infringement of others’ rights. You must not use our AI to create content that is deceptive, misleading, or harmful, including deepfakes for malicious purposes or content that impersonates others without consent.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Ownership

VStyle, including its software, designs, trademarks, logos, and underlying AI models and algorithms, is the property of VStyle or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the original photos, videos, and text prompts you upload or input into the Service ("Your Input Content").

License Granted to Us

To operate and improve the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process Your Input Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g., generating the output you request). This license also permits us to use anonymized and aggregated data to improve the Service and train AI models.

AI-Generated Output

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the original and unique visual or video outputs generated for you by the AI based on Your Input Content ("AI Output Content"). This ownership does not extend to the underlying technology, methods, or any pre-existing elements contained in the AI Output Content.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI Disclaimer

AI technology is experimental and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any AI Output Content. You assume all risks arising from the use of AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VStyle and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding twelve (12) months, if any.

5. Prohibited Content

You may NOT upload, generate, or distribute any content that includes:

Sexual & NSFW Content: Explicit sexual acts or pornography Nudity involving minors (strictly prohibited) Content intended for sexual exploitation or arousal.

Violence & Harmful Content: Graphic violence, gore, or mutilation Self-harm or suicide-related content Abuse of humans or animals.

Hate Speech & Discrimination: Content promoting hate based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or identity Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior.

Political & Public Figure Content: Misleading or deceptive political content Deepfakes or manipulated media involving public figures Content intended to influence elections or public opinion.

Illegal & Fraudulent Content: Forged documents (IDs, passports, financial records) Scams, impersonation, or deceptive practices Any illegal activities under applicable laws.

Intellectual Property & Privacy Violations: Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights Uploading or generating images of individuals without consent Unauthorized use of celebrity or public figure likeness.

6. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, while the provisions relating to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitation of liability shall remain in full force and effect.

7. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VStyle with respect to the Service. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
